as always...delicious brunch specials and this Sunday, welcome back to Dotties, Moonshine Holler.
Featuring spine-tingling vocal harmonies, rollicking banjo/fiddle breakdowns, hillbilly blues, jugband stompers and ballads, and with some flatfoot dancing to boot, Moonshine Holler (Paula Bradley and Bill Dillof) is a two-person music festival that captures the essence of American southern roots music! Known for their prowess on more musical instruments than they can juggle including fiddle, banjo, guitar, Hawaiian guitar, harmonica and ukulele, the duet has performed at festivals, concerts and music camps across the country. Bradley has toured Germany and the U.S with old-time darlings "Uncle Earl"; she has also toured and recorded with banjo innovator Tony Trischka and traditional music powerhouse Bruce Molsky. Dillof is a member of the legendary NYC-based band "Major Contay & The Canebrake Rattlers" who have been mining recorded string band music for over thirty years. Their new self-released CD, "Old Time Melodies", recorded by the Berkshire's own Bobby Sweet, has been earning rave reviews and worldwide airplay. SOMETIMES ROWDY, SOMETIMES REVERENT, ALWAYS A RUCKUS!
